SYNOPSIS

       obdistgen filename

DESCRIPTION

       Generates SDFs with distance geometry.

EXAMPLES

             obdistgen molecule.smi > molecule.sdf

       Generate rough 3D coordinates for molecule.smi and write it to molecule.sdf
