       Enable/Disable TX loopback

       Parameters
           port The port identifier of the Ethernet device.
           on 1 - Enable TX loopback. 0 - Disable TX loopback.

           • (-ENODEV) if port invalid.

           • (-EINVAL) if bad parameter.
