       NRRDToDicom  inputFile  outputFile  patientName  patientID  studyID seriesNumber instanceNumber [modality
       [SOPClass]]

OPTIONS

       arg - seven, eight or nine  parameters,  the  inputFile,  outputFile,  patientName,  patientID,  studyID,
       seriesNumber, instanceNumber, and optionally the modality, and SOP Class
