名称

       js_dic_list()       使用中の辞書情報を得る。

機能

       環境  env で使用中の辞書情報を得る。 取り出す情報は、struct wnn_dic_info の各項目である。 ret->buf からの
       辞書の数だけ、struct wnn_dic_info の配列が返される。

リターンバリュー

       正常終了時には、使用中の辞書の数を返す。
       異常終了時には、-1 を返す。
