DESCRIPTION

       usage: fastaq_acgtn_only [options] <infile> <outfile>

       Replaces any character that is not one of acgtACGTnN with an N

   positional arguments:
       infile Name of input file

       outfile
              Name of output file

   options:
       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit
