       Updates the CTP mapping file to VOTCA XTP

   optional arguments:
       -h, --help
              show this help message and exit

       -sin S_INPUT, --S_input S_INPUT
              Mapping file to update.

       -sout S_OUTPUT, --S_output S_OUTPUT
              Filename of new Mapping file.
