NAME

       tomogui - GUI for freeart and silx tomographic reconstructions

DESCRIPTION

       usage: tomogui [--version|--help] <command> [<args>]

   The tomogui commands are:
       creator
              Create an absorption matrix creator

       help   Show help of the following command

       invert Do a data.max() - data

       materials
              Allow materials edition from a .h5

       norm   Launch matrix normer application

       project
              Create a new tomogui project

       recons Launch the tomogui reconsparam manager

       test   Launch tomogui unittest

       See 'tomogui help <command>' to read about a specific subcommand
